Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Vicki Sussman is the founding shareholder of Sussman & Addis, CPAs, and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Ohio. A graduate of Thiel College, Vicki holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, along with an Associate Degree in Computer Science - a combination that has allowed her to bring both analytical depth and technological insight to a decades-long career in public accounting.

Since earning her CPA credential, Vicki has been a trusted advisor to individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. Her professional affiliations include long-standing memberships in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA).

Vicki’s achievements reflect a career marked by leadership, community involvement, and professional excellence. She was named Business Leader of the Year by the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce in 2001 and recognized by Goodwill Industries of Akron in both 2002 and 2007 for her dedication and service to the workplace. A Leadership Medina County graduate (Class of 2006), Vicki was also honored in 2011 with induction into the Ashtabula/Harbor/Lakeside High School Hall of Fame for her professional and civic accomplishments.

Throughout her career, Vicki has been deeply committed to serving the Wadsworth community and beyond. She is a current board member of the Wadsworth Salvation Army and past chairman of the Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital board. Her service record includes roles as past board member of Summa Health System, founder of the Wadsworth Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, past president of the Rotary Club of Wadsworth, and past secretary to the Consistory at Trinity United Church of Christ.

Vick has also held multiple leadership positions within the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce, including President, Secretary, and Treasurer, and served as founder and past treasurer of the Wadsworth Community Band board. Her community impact extends to his active involvement with Relay For Life of Wadsworth, where she served as Chair (2014), Co-Chair (2012–2013), and Team Captain (2010–2011), as well as Past Chair of the Summa Barberton–Wadsworth-Rittman Advisory Board.

Known for integrity, steady leadership, and deep-rooted commitment to both clients and community, Vicki exemplifies the values upon which Sussman & Addis, CPAs was founded—professional excellence, personal service, and lasting relationships built on trust.

Matt Addis is a CPA licensed in the State of Ohio and a graduate of the University of Akron, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Since becoming a CPA, Matt has built a strong reputation for his hands-on approach, technical expertise, and commitment to helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters with clarity and confidence.

A dedicated professional, Matt is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA). He holds a Notary Public Commission with the State of Ohio and holds a Gusto Payroll Certification, underscoring his depth of experience across accounting and payroll operations.

In 2021, Matt was selected for the Leadership Medina County Signature Program, reflecting his commitment to professional development and community leadership.

Matt’s contributions extend beyond the office. He has been deeply involved with the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce, serving in numerous leadership roles including Treasurer (2019–2021), Vice President (2022), President (2023–2024), and Past President (2025). His efforts were recognized when he was named Business Employee of the Year in 2017. He also serves as a Board Member (2018–2025), further demonstrating his dedication to local business and community growth.

In addition, Matt played a key role in the Wadsworth Young Professionals, serving as President from 2018 to 2022 and remaining an active member since 2016. His civic involvement includes serving as Treasurer for the Supporters of the Wadsworth Public Library Levy Campaign in 2022.

Active in the community, Matt enjoys coaching his children's youth sports teams and serving at his church.
